This item was on display in our showroom but has never been used. We dont have the original packaging unfortunately and theres no guarantee paperwork but this model is very reliable and KitchenAid (being part of Whirlpool) have a great service department who will be able to assist you should you ever need help or spare parts. There is some minor damage to the top trim of the oven, which is slightly bent (as pictured), but this wont be noticeable once its installed.
